I wanted to write and thank you for your assistance on my son's recent move from DC to Morgantown, West Virginia. You handled everything extremely effeciently and you were able to schedule the move on short notice for the exact day we needed. Dear Kevin, Blair and Lina,
Just over a week ago, Martin Osorio and his crew showed up at our place in Maryland and loaded our house on to the truck. He arrived exactly on time and was done in only 6 hours. He arrived at our new home in Florida exactly when he said he would last Monday and with only 2 people was completely unloaded in about the same time.
So far, as we unpack, almost nothing was broken, and the two items that were seem to be because I packed them wrong. Martin and Town & Country were a joy to work with. I see why my friend has used you three times. Everyone was courteous and caring - not what you hear in horror stories about moving companies. It may have cost me a bit more than other chains claimed, but for the professionalism, promptness, friendliness, and frankly the perfection in the move, it was worth every cent. From Blair's originaly estimate, to Martin's final delivery, everything was smooth, easy, and outstanding. You made a high stressful situation bearable.

I want to thank you and your company for a seemless, perfect move. From the moment I met you, I knew I had the right moving company. You were so responsive and professional during the entire process. You even went as far as to allow me to email you during your vacation. That's dedication.
The move out of my house in Lorton, Virginia went very well. The four individuals who moved me out did an outstanding job. They were very professional and very careful with my belongings. Not a single mistake was made. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the piece of paper containing their names. Can you please look them up so their boss can be notified of their job well done.
After a month in between homes, I finally moved into my new home in Waltham, Mass. The movers, Martin Osorio and Christopher P. arrived early, after having driven from Maryland to Mass. the previous evening. I was orginally shocked to see there were only two men......I had a lot of stuff. I thought it would take them forever to move me in. Boy was I wrong. They worked their tails off, and had the truck empty in five hours! They never stopped moving, and did so with perfection. I do not think they touched a wall or ceiling the entire day. They even worked through a short rain shower. I was very impressed with their professionalism and respect for my "stuff".
I am so impressed with your moving company. I will be sure to recommend you to all my friends in the DC/VA/MD area. Please make sure this message gets to the right bosses so you can all be commended for a "job well done".

I would like to commend one of your staff members―Jackie Davis―for outstanding customer service. Jackie oversaw our move from Alexandria, VA to Charleston, SC about two years ago. Thanks to her and her wonderful crew, our move went without a hitch – it was perfect in all aspects. Since we had a large townhome with a lot of oversize furniture, plus a large off-site storage cube filled with additional furniture and home goods, my husband and I were very impressed with how seamlessly the move went, with not one item damaged or missing, and ontime delivery. She was with us every step of the way and always responsive to emails and phone calls. I learned to put my trust in her 100 percent and it paid off.
My husband's company is transferring him to Tampa, Florida and we have been given very short notice to arrange a move and all that it entails―within a matter of weeks. The first person I contacted was Jackie, who reluctantly informed me that a crew wasn't available in Tampa during our timeframe and referred me to several reputable moving companies. When I later expressed concerns to her about all of them (different issues with each), she told me she had an idea for another plan. That plan was to request and obtain exclusive use of a truck for our move to Tampa. Her doing this has lifted a great burden off me, as I have very little time to find a mover who offers the same standard of quality that Town and Country does. I have been a nervous wreck. With so many other things to do, like getting our Charleston house rented, the new house closed on, a security system and wood floors installed by the end of April - while continuing to work at my job - she has granted me an enormous favor that I will never forget.
I have had some excellent customer service before, but what Jackie has done is above and beyond those experiences and the norm. I just wanted you to know how highly we think of her and what an incredible company she works for. I don't know if we will move again, but if we do, you can be sure I will be contacting Jackie to help us.

I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for your company's excellent service during my family's recent move. Throughout the process, everyone we worked with was warm, professional and conscientious. We interviewed several moving companies and my wife and I agreed: you were the clear choice.
Our decision was definitely rewarded once the actual move began. It's fairly amazing to see an entire houseload of "stuff" accumulated over a decade carefully and quickly boxed and removed in just over a day.
Given the other stressors we faced relocating the entire family (including the dog), the fact that it was clear we needn't worry about our belongings was a real relief. We were happy to discover that everything arrived without a scratch, including delicate or cumbersome items like several large mirrors, a piano, artwork and dishes. Even the china we never use!
Throughout the process, your team was on time, and consistently working to over-deliver. Specifically I'd like to recognize Mario, the lead on our job. He really was excellent, and willing to do whatever it took for us to walk away happy.
Whatever you're doing, keep doing it. We know a few families contemplating moves in the near-term, and we’ve already recommended you.

Hi Jackie,
I am glad you wrote because I had been meaning to send you a note in addition to the call to the office that I made.
It is a miracle to me that all my cherished antiques made it out here safely. I could not have asked for a more conscientious group of packers, and Rudy is absolutely amazing. All the guys worked so efficiently and cheerfully packing my things in Herndon. When Rudy and his assistant showed up in Austin, they very cleverly put a ramp from the side opening of the truck to the floor of my cement front porch, thereby bypassing the two steps up to the porch. I thought that was so smart. They lugged in load after load of heavy furniture and boxes without a single word of complaint. One of my neighbors who had been watching them commented on how efficiently they worked.
It is funny that I have dropped and broken several things in the process of unpacking, but have yet to find anything that got broken during the move. I was joking with my daughter when I dropped a teacup that the cup made it all the way across the country safely, only to be dropped while it was being moved from my hand to the cupboard.
Anyway, I could not be more pleased with Rudy and his crew. I would be very happy to serve as a reference for your company anytime!
